1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and oklj Casino ("oklj," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the oklj Casino platform, available at oklj.club, including all associated games, services, features, and content.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
- Account Ownership: oklj player accounts are non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning your oklj account to another person is strictly prohibited.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
- Supported Methods: oklj Casino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank (via InstaPay). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). oklj does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or unverified third-party payment channels.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit at oklj Casino is ₱100 via GCash or Maya. Bank transfers may have a minimum of ₱200. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed at the time of deposit.

- Fees: oklj does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside oklj's control and are your responsibility.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
- Eligibility: Bonuses and promotions available at oklj Casino are subject to individual eligibility requirements, which are specified in each promotion's specific terms. General eligibility requires a verified oklj account in good standing.
- Welcome Bonus: The welcome deposit bonus is available to new oklj registrants on their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held an oklj account under any identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

10. Limitation of Liability

oklj's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
oklj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at our sole discretion, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering
- Failure to complete identity verification when required
- Discovery that a player is under 21 years of age
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player
- Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
In cases where accounts are closed due to verified violations of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. In cases where accounts are closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, oklj will return the verified net balance to the player's registered payment method.
12. Responsible Gaming
